***Pricing for this package is based on base rate of $10,875 OR a 10% retainer for the wedding (whichever number is greater). Items calculated as part of the 10% retainer include: Venue, Catering, Dessert, Floral, DJ, Photo, Video, Rentals, Hair & Makeup Services, Transportation, Bar, Favors, Stationery, and Officiant.
Should the scope of the project and its corresponding budget increase to an extent that additional payment beyond the $10,750 minimum is due as part of the contracted services, the balance due will be invoiced as soon as the final headcount and final budget are confirmed – likely 7-14 days prior to the wedding day.
V&V is your advocate and partner, ensuring that every decision made aligns with your budget and your vision. The minimum fee is designed to guarantee that our level of service remains high, regardless of any changes to your plans, reflecting the work and dedication invested in making your wedding day exceptional.
