TO-DO CHECK LIST

Whether you have a year to plan your wedding or only six months, this customizable checklist to you and your unique needs will help keep your wedding planning moving forward. It’s great for keeping track of what you already have and also what needs to be completed. The list of everything that is needed for the big day is made and it is marked as done each time it is completed.

TIMELINE

This tool will allow you to know step by step what is going to happen in your wedding. This not only helps with the order and organization, but also becomes an essential part of organizing your wedding and sharing information, since all vendors will be sent a timeline.

This timeline adapts to the needs of your big day so we will be able to fit all the events in an orderly manner and thus meet everything scheduled on time.

GUEST LIST TRACKER

The online Guest List tool will allow you to keep track of each invitation, all guest information, RSVPs, allergies and special requirements, gifts, thank you notes. Everything you need to make sure you are providing the absolute best experience for your guests. This tool fully integrates with our Seating tool, so we are all sure to avoid any problems with the food and at the same time have everything organized on the tables. This helps you worry less and enjoy more.

FLOOR PLAN DESIGN & GUEST SEATING TOOL 

This feature includes your wedding floor plan creation and your wedding guest seating tool.  

The floor plan will include all your tables and areas for the enjoyment of your guests. It helps us make sure that we not only have enough space but also ensures the room flows well, also you will be able to visually see where your guests will be seated. All of this helps give you an idea of what it will all look like. 

The wedding guest seating tool counts with a drag and drop feature you can assign your guests to tables and if you or they change their mind you can easily move them to another table or just unassign them for tables. Once you assign a guest to a table the system will show a check to guests that have been assigned that way you know who has been seated and who hasn’t. Once you assign guest to tables you will be able to see them in your floor plan and print reports to share with your caterer and venue guaranteeing a smooth set up on wedding day. 

BUDGET SPREADSHEET

Creating your wedding budget is very important, as this helps to get an idea and keep it in mind every time an expense is made. We encourage to set that early so we can stick to it, track the adjustments as you design, book and purchase your event services and accessories. This feature connects with the vendor management and calendar so you can get reminders for payments and easily keep track of what is coming.
