LET'S FIND OUT
Betty and Andrew had to reschedule their wedding by a whole year later due to all the reasons we already know. They were so resilient and patient, and their day finally arrived. Like their wedding website states, “it’s finally happening” and it finally happened!!!! They had the most beautiful Fall Farm Wedding surrounded by family and friends.
Betty and Andrew are outdoors lovers, so East Lynn Farm was the perfect backdrop for it. The venue has beautiful views and many outdoor areas for picture opportunities and wedding events. Additional proof of their love of the outdoors is that Andrew proposed to Betty while hiking in Colorado, here is her description “Andrew finally popped the question in Colorado during a 12-mile hike in Rocky Mountain National Park, kneeling before the appropriately named “Jewel Lake” – and of course I said yes!”. How cute is that?!
Their wedding day was in October with mild temperatures, BUT the weather kept us on our toes. We had to move the ceremony inside the milking barn because the rain wouldn’t stop, we waited as long as we could, but the rain was stubborn. After the ceremony, the rain finally went away, and their photographer took advantage by taking the most gorgeous pictures with the fleeting clouds in the background. If you don’t believe me, judge for yourself.
Before the ceremony, they had a first look at the East Lynn Farm Farmhouse porch. After the ceremony, they celebrated their cocktail hour in the milking parlor and outside around the barn, then moved to the upper level of the barn to have dinner and dance.
Betty’s dress and bouquet were a match made in heaven. The dress is a floral applique open-back Tulle Wedding Dress. The bouquet was a garden-style hand-tied with Garden roses, roses, ranunculus, astilbes, scabiosas, Astrantias, agonis leaves, eucalyptus finished w/ peach and burgundy ribbon. The burgundy with the light pink flowers is just perfection.
